Refund Policy

All merch sold on this site are printed and shipped through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is made-to-order just for you, returns work a little differently than a traditional shop. Here’s the breakdown:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered—don’t stress.

  • Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery to 📧 [your email address].

  • We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Lost Package

  • If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll work with Printful to replace it.

Other Returns (Wrong Size, Changed Your Mind, Buyer’s Remorse)

  • Because everything is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please double-check the size charts and product details before ordering.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

  • Email 📧 hello@goodlucksquad.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

  • We’ll take it from there and make sure you’re taken care of.

Summary

  • We’ll replace/refund if it’s our fault (damaged, misprinted, lost).

  • We can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.
